1. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Sleekbay Atelier courses responsibly. You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
All course materials are for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or public sharing of any lesson, prompt, template, or video without prior written consent is prohibited. Harassment, abuse of community features, or any illegal conduct is strictly forbidden.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through our authorized providers. All prices are displayed in USD and charged at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 48 hours prior to renewal. Refund requests are considered within 14 days of purchase for courses not yet started; once course content has been accessed, refunds are not granted.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, generative AI prompts, graphics, and branding remain the exclusive property of Sleekbay Atelier. Licensed access grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and practice the material during your active subscription. You retain ownership of any original work created personally using the techniques taught.
5. Disclaimers
Our courses are educational resources provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, client acquisition, or that AI tool updates will not affect described workflows. Sleekbay Atelier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our content.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding any claim. By purchasing or using any course you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.
